This characterful gîte, set in an 18th-century winegrower's house, welcomes you near the banks of the Orbieu, a small river in the Corbières, in a village offering all necessary shops and services. The house has preserved the charm of its original features: majestic staircases, authentic floor tiles, pink marble fireplace, wooden beams, and lime paint, while adding modern comforts, notably air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The ground floor includes an entrance leading to a large sunny 30m² patio equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha, directly connected to a living room with an open kitchen, a lounge with television, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms (with two single beds and one double bed), a bathroom with toilet, a dressing room, and a balcony await you.
A private garage is reserved for the gîte, and only 25 km away, enjoy supervised swimming at Ribaute.
