1100 m above sea level.
Ideal starting point for the popular walking tour to the pastures of Aldino, trekking in the mountains and mountain bike tours.
The small lake "Göller" in the woods can be reached within 20-30 minutes on foot via hiking trail.
The chalet is next to Geo Park Bletterbach Unesco World Heritage and next to the romantic 18-hole golf club from Petersberg.
The chalet is sorrounded by a 4500 sqm park including wood and fields. Panoramic view.
Ideal seasons for vacation are late spring, summer and autumn.
In winter, cross-country skiing, snow hiking and tobogganing are possible in the Aldein region, the area is also suitable for alpine skiers who do not always want to be on the slopes. We are 20 km from the Latemar / Obereggen ski area (48 km of slopes), 35 km from the Karersee ski area.
Bolzano, Trento, Merano, lake by the town Kaltern and lake Montiggl can be reached within max. 50 minutes by car.

The interior of the house: pine and larch wood. Steam bath and sauna with a view of the forest. Sun terrace and loggia. Suitable for musicians. Wall harpsichord. Pets are very welcome. The property is fenced.
