An architect designed holiday cottage with a swimming pool.From the house you have an outstanding view of the sea at Malling.The house has kept its 70s design and this is a golden opportunity forthose that want to go back to that era. A billiard table guarantees foryour entertainment.The large combined kitchen and living room has a fireplace and thekitchen is well equipped. The pool department has a 9x4 metre largeswimming pool. On cold days you can light the fireplace which is located in the pool area.There are 4 bedrooms of which the 2 are most suited for children as the beds are rather small.A large park-looking garden surrounds the house. Enjoy long summernights on the covered terrace or with a walk along the coast.The house is located just south of Aarhus where you find shopping,sights and attractions for the whole family.

    “Das Haus ist auf seine Art charmant. Die Inneneinrichtung, wie die Bäder sind 70iger pur.
    Leider gingen im Wohnbereich die Fenster nicht zu öffnen, so war eine ziemliche Hitze und wir mussten
    immer Eingang und Terrasse öffnen, damit es erträglich war.
    Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und wegen des guten Wetters haben wir uns sowieso viel draußen aufgehalten.
    Der Pool war groß, aber auch hier keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen und der Poolraum hatte eine Temperatur von ca. 50 oder sogar etwas mehr Grad Celsius.
