Lovely Holiday House in Budoni next to Beach

Single Villa is located only 200 meters from the beautiful beach of S. Anna di Tanaunella, Budoni and offers a large garden, fenced with an indoor parking space. The villa enjoys excellent privacy and is located in a residence and is part of a group of single villas very well cared for and in a dominant position that allows a beautiful sea view. The beach is reached by foot and leads through the beautiful pine forest, equipped with bars, restaurant, pizzeria, on the fine sand. On the right side of the pine forest we also find stretches of rocks for lovers of snorkeling. The villa is well cared for in all details, the garden is a splendor with its green meadow, hedges and various flowers. It has a covered veranda with sea view and a second veranda at the back. Internally it consists of living room kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms except the bathroom are air-conditioned.     “Positiv: Tolle Lage auf einem Hügel, immer eine leichte Brise. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, schöne Tips für Ausflüge. Sehr hübscher Garten mit illuminierter Gartendusche. Unser Hund konnte tagsüber im eingezäunten Garten warten. Negativ: Für meinen Geschmack zu weiche Matratze Freizeit: Oasi di Biderosa”
