Holiday house with pool on large plot in a green landscapeThe house is situated in a quiet location in Šibenik-Dubrava in the region of Dalmatia with a pleasant climate during the summer months and is ideal for families with children.The house offers a living area of 300m2 and has a total of five bedrooms with double and single beds. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table with chairs. In the living room provides a sofa, a TV and wifi internet. Two full bathrooms with tub or shower. In addition, in the basement a bar and a gamesroom with pool table are available. The interior has been recently renovated with typical Dalmatian tradition in conjunction with the demands of modern life. The house is equipped with smart TVs and free wifi signal.On the fully fenced 1500m2 plot the 32m2 large pool offers a pleasant atmosphere.The pool area is equipped with speakers, so you can choose music from your devices that connect via bluetooth. At the pool area there is a barbecue and sunloungers to relax. The farm has a children's playground, various sports facilities (table tennis, basketball, badminton, trampoline) and is surrounded by greenery.
