On the Copanello cliff, in the località Torrazzo di Staletti (Catanzaro), in one of the most suggestive parts of the Ionian coast of Calabria, also called "Costa degli Aranci", characterized by coves, headlands, beaches and crystal clear sea, lies this independent vacation home with a charming view of the sea and the Gulf of Squillace. A short distance away are the beaches of Caminia and Pietragrande. This house is the perfect solution for a seaside vacation and relaxation, surrounded by a large garden with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals. The house is spread over several levels: On the first floor there is a large living area, kitchen and bathroom, while on the first and second floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. All rooms have an equipped panoramic balcony where you can relax and admire the spectacular and impressive views of the sea and the Gulf. This is also an ideal starting point for visiting this part of Calabria, rich in natural and cultural beauties. From here you can reach in a short time the most famous tourist resorts such as Soverato, the "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its seafront promenade with clubs, discos and restaurants or the characteristic historical center of Stalettì, from where you can admire a panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo. Near the house there are all kinds of services. In 40 minutes by car you can reach the international airport of Lamezia Terme. Your four-legged friend is welcome. For stays for large groups it is also possible to book the neighboring IKK489.
