You will be delighted by this charming typical cottage in the heart of the Cevennes between Gard and the southern Ardèche. It is located in a beautiful fenced garden with trees, 800 m from the center of the small town of St-Ambroix with all stores and a river also only 800 m away. This vacation home is air-conditioned and located on the heights of St-Ambroix. You have a private garden of more than 500m ², a beautiful sunny terrace with barbecue and a veranda. Tastefully decorated in the colors of Provence, it offers two bedrooms and a mezzanine with two single beds. With family or friends, you can go canoeing in the Gorges de la Cèze, hiking or biking through the wooded hills, or take a dip in the river. Continue by car to Barjac, 17 km, classified Renaissance town and "village of character", and end the day with a moment of relaxation at the spa of Allègre-les-Fumades, 9.5 km away. Alès is 20 km away. In summer, the sandy banks of the river attract with animations, games. Goudargues attracts with its guinguettes on the canals, called the little Venetian Gardoise, and is 33 km away. Do not miss the local markets, especially on Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm, with the small market of organic producers and local producers in St-Ambroix offering vegetables, cheeses, bread, jams and honey .
