The villa rises in a typical Sicilian rural area and is located between Ragusa (8Km) and Marina di Ragusa (15 km), in a optimal position to visit the tourist places of Val di Noto and enjoy the sea of Marina di Ragusa. It is also 20 Km from the golf courses of Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa.
The Courtyard (“Baglio”), the Garden and the Pool Built in 1700 and renovated in 2005, the villa dominates an extended valley. Elegant courtyard (“baglio”) and a watchtower with panoramic view. The villa offers a wide garden and a large vegetable garden. A wide pool with solarium and outdoor showers. A large terrace, on the first floor, with panoramic view. A second terrace, with table, chairs and barbecue. Private parking space.
At the entrance of the main house, on the ground floor, there is a game room with table tennis and table football. The living area is on the first floor. The living area has a dining room with view, fireplace, lounge, sofa bed and TV. It has access to the panoramic terrace and overlooks the courtyard. Two bathrooms, one with shower, serve the living area. A kitchen with old wood stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks the terrace, the garden and the pool. A laundry room with washing machine and sink for the laundry. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, each one with TV, safe and minibar. A first double bedroom with lounge and view, with direct access to the terrace. A second double bedroom, with added single bed. A third double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath.
