The motto of the houseboat and the experienceable environment is "pure origin". On this houseboat you are a part of the beautiful natural landscape and yet you have all the necessary technical equipment at your disposal.

At the marina Demmin either the harbour master or an owner will be waiting for you. From there you will take over your houseboat. To familiarize yourself with the handling, you will receive a short or intensive briefing on the houseboat, depending on your professional seafaring ability.

You enter the houseboat via the open terrace at the bow, this is equipped with garden furniture and offers a magnificent view. In the living area is the steering position, the comfortable sofa bed with flat screen and sound system and the dining area. The small kitchenette is practically equipped and offers the necessary comfort for your vacation. The living area is adjacent to the small bedroom with bunk beds. In the back of the houseboat is the main bedroom with double bed and a separate small toilet with hand basin. A hot water shower is located outside at the stern (sewage disposal possible in the harbor for a fee). A sufficient number of life jackets and fenders are on board and, like the boat, are carefully checked before departure.

Info consumption costs: Gas & the first fresh water tank filling are included. Waste water disposal is charged with approx. 15,- Euro. Additional fresh water, fuel (gasoline) and electricity (shore power) are exclusive and payable according to consumption on site at the respective moorings.

The houseboat allows a wide variety of uses, for example: as a lying vacation home, as a mobile means of transport of guest and bike around the Peene ( 120 km ) with its many anchor and mooring possibilities and to explore the surrounding area. You can fish from on board and barbecue on board while observing beavers, sea eagles and much more. A detailed information folder is on board.
