Characteristic 17th century stone-built house which has been divided into 6 apartments (among which IUP579 and IUP581) and annex (IUP772) at abt. 80 m. Situated inside a property of 150 ha on the side of a hill (480 m a.s.l) it is surrounded by meadows and woods. Nice view over the valley and the woodlands. The house is surrounded by meadows and olive trees with swimming pool, equipped terrace and built-in barbecue for common use. Sale of organic DOP olive oil. Access to the house by 1 km of dirt track road. Baby-beds available upon request. Inside. 1. floor: from the large, panoramic, equipped terrace you reach the two, nearly identic, communicating holiday apartments. Each apartment consists in: living/dining room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom. The bathroom in one apartment is with shower, in the other apartment with bathing tub. This holiday accommodation is also suitable for 2 families which desire to have a certain privacy, but at the same time love to share the terrace. Distances: 1.5 km from San Vito in Monte (restaurant), 12 km San Venanzo (all kinds of shops), 36 km Todi and Perugia, 38 km Orvieto, 45 km Assisi.
