Pleasant apartment with beautiful sea view, just 6 km from Moneglia and 12 km from Sestri Levante. The apartment is on 2 floors, the bedrooms are on the second floor. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful bays of Moneglia, the nearby Vara Valley (first European municipality with environmental certification) and the wide sandy beaches of Fairy Bay and the Bay of Tranquility in Sestri Levante. 37 km the fashionable Santa Margherita Ligure, 42 km the picturesque Portofino. Ferries from Sestri Levante and Santa Margherita Ligure to the Cinque Terre area (42 km Monterosso, 44 km Camogli and San Fruttuoso with its beautiful Benedictine monastery and bronze statue of Christ on the bottom of the sea - a diver's paradise). A tip for art lovers: 56 km Genoa with its magnificent palaces of the Rolli, UNESCO World Heritage Site. 3 km away as the crow flies is a highway.     “Tolles Haus mit super Blick über das Tal und dem Meer. Die Terasse ist sehr groß und ganztägig sonnig.
    Auch mit Kindern (ab 5 Jahren) gut zu nutzen.
    Vom Parkplatz sind es einige Treppenstufen bis in die Wohnung, also nicht für kleine Kinder oder beeinträchtigte Menschen geeignet.”

    “Spitze Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit schöner Aussicht. Gute Lage um die Cinque Terre per Bahn zu besuchen, in der Gegend zu Wandern oder einen Abstecher nach Genua zu machen. Man ist in etwa 15 min per Auto in Moneglia.”
