Welcome to our spacious apartment in the heart of Novigrad, Istria - an ideal place for your family or group of friends! Located on the first floor of a family house, this charming space provides comfort and practicality for 4 persons.

Two bedrooms await you inside the apartment, providing you with a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. A living room with a sofa that turns into a comfortable bed further increases the accommodation capacity, providing you with additional flexibility and space to relax.

The kitchen with dining room is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can freshen up in the modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and there is also a balcony with a view of the peaceful landscape.

    “Sehr Positiv?? Geschützter Parkplatz, Klimaanlage in jeden Raum, sauber, wunderschönes Badezimmer, sehr Zentral, Rummel gleich gegenüber -trotzdem ruhig bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ????? Top ??”

    “Sehr zentral gelegen (max. 5 min zu Markt, Einkaufszentrum, Stadtmitte); gegenüber befindet sich ein "Unterhaltungspark - Kirmes" mit Karussell, Trampolin, etc., ist abends etwas laut.

    Ausstattung relativ neuwertig und ausreichend: Küche: Spülmaschine, Backofen, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach; guter Grill inkl. Zubehör; Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, abschließbar, aber für ein Kombi etwas zu knapp; Terrassennutzung (Tisch+Bank) nicht möglich, da diese für die andere Ferienwohnung bestimmt ist; der Abfluss in der Duschkabine war verstopft, das Wasser ist schlecht abgeflossen.

    zum Strand zu Fuß ca. 10 min, steinig / Felsen, Badeschuhe empfehlenswert, mit Zugang zum Wasser über ein Steg; Sandkasten für Kinder; Schatten unter den Bäumen.

    “Diese Ferienwohnung in Novigrad war sehr schön und neu renoviert, großzügig im Schnitt und bot beinahe alles, was man braucht (Waschmaschine, WLAN, Parkplatz, Klimaanlage etc). Die Küche war großzügig, allerdings ist die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Zubehör beschränkt. Da wir zu zweit nicht gekocht haben, war das kein Problem. Auch zu viert ist die Wohnung noch entspannt. Sehr nette ältere Dame als Vermieterin und sehr gastfreundlich.
    Man hatte 2 Möglichkeiten im Freien zu sitzen, Balkon und ebenerdig. Um das Ferienhaus herum ist ein schön angelegter Garten. Zwar hatten wir keinen Meerblick, aber für uns war das unerheblich. Im Urlaub bleibt man ja nicht in der Wohnung sitzen.”
