Holiday apartment in the historic heart of Lovere, not far from Lago d’Iseo
The holiday accommodation is in the old town centre of Lovere, very close to Lake Iseo and the medieval borgo, which has officially been declared one of the “most beautiful villages in Italy” (borghi piu belli d’Italia). It is next to the Academia Tadini. Sights include towers, churches and other monuments. The house enjoys a quiet and central location.
The holiday apartment is amply and elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. It has parquet flooring, double glazing, air conditioning on the upper floor, a TV and free wireless Internet access. Bedlinen and hand towels are also included. A payable private parking space is bookable on request.
The apartment is part of a detached building. Access is via a private interior courtyard with an electronic gate. The living space is spread over two floors. On the first floor there are the living room with a kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge. It also has a small table and plenty of crockery. The living room has a table and chairs, a sofa and a TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a WC, washbasin, bidet and washing machine. The second floor is accessed via internal stairs. There you can find a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190/200cm) and a single bed (80 x 190/200cm). On the adjacent sleeping gallery there are three further single beds, as well as cupboards, tables and other furniture.
Owing to the location of the apartment, a car is not necessary. Nearby, within a radius of 200 to 300 metres, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, shops and outdoor pools (open almost all year round). It is just 400 metres to the main square with a tourist bureau, kiosk, bar, icecream shops, other shops, bus stops and boat landing piers.
