Holiday apartment in a quiet location, with a big balcony

Your accommodation enjoys an optimal location on the island of Fehmarn. It is on a quiet playing street just 500 metres from the town centre of Burg.

The balcony provides garden furniture with cushions and a parasol.

The apartment provides ample space for four people and has a range of amenities. It provides two bedrooms, a generous living and dining room, an exclusive bathroom and a lovely big balcony, all spread over two floors. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher, along with various small electrical appliances. There are two flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system with a docking station for an iPhone and a built-in radio and hairdryer in the bathroom.

It is just 800 metres to the yacht harbour in Burgstaaken and 2500 metres to the extensive south beach. The golf course in Wulfen is just 2000 metres away. The owners can arrange individual boat and fishing trips.

The apartment itself is in a fairly new duplex house in a privileged location. There is a parking space right by the house. The apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers. Bicycles and a moped can be hired in house. Towels and bed linen are not provided. Pets are not allowed. Apartment offers free Wifi.

    “Jederzeit wieder! Positiv: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles super sauber, tolle Einrichtung, bequemes Bett, eine schöne große gemütliche Couch, ein schöner großer Balkon. Ein Stellplatz ist direkt am Haus und die Wohnung ist schön hell. Negativ: Es war alles super! Restaurant: Doppeleiche - Ein familiäres tolles, leckeres italienisches Restaurant, welches sogar glutenfreie Speisen anbietet. Ausflüge: Südstrand - Ein langer breiter Sandstrand, der zur Erholung und langen Spaziergängen einlädt.”

    “Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage, Zentral gelegen. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Freundliches Umfeld in der Nachbarschaft. Die Betreuung fand nicht vor Ort, sondern über WhatsApp direkt mit dem Eigentümer der Wohneinheit statt (siehe Bewerbung der Vor-Ort/Betreuung Negativ: ./.”
