This homely and solidly furnished vacation apartment, which extends over two floors, is located in a very popular Baltic seaside resort. A small plot of land can be used.

Kühlungsborn is the largest bathing and recreation resort in Mecklenburg and has one of the longest beach promenades in Germany with a length of over 3 km. In addition to an almost 8 km long sandy beach, Kühlungsborn also offers a very wide range of sports, wellness, health and culture and has numerous restaurants and stores. Just enjoy the flair of this city on the Baltic Sea or take day trips to the nearby cities of Bad Doberan, Rostock and Wismar. The emperor's bath Heiligendamm is also recommended, and one thing belongs to the stay in any case: A trip with the popular narrow-gauge railroad Molli along the coast.

    “Eine sehr schöne gelegene kleine Doppelhaushälfte. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und standardmäßig eingerichtet. In 10 - 15 Minuten erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder ist auf der Strandpromenade mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Drogerien und Shops. Jeder Bedarf wird gedeckt.”
