We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and by message on the platform until 9:00 p.m.The keys will be handed over in person during the agency's opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as smoothly as possible and I can even give you addresses and the best deals of the moment!Outside of the agency's opening hours you will need to contact us to follow our instructions, please note that late arrivals will be charged.I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttle, housekeeping services, luggage storage services, or tourist activities. (Please note that we do not take back keys before 9:30 a.m.)Late check-outs between 11:00 and 12:00 will be charged 20€.The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: €4 per person per day)A deposit of 400 euros will be required for any reservation via the Swikly application.Taking out holiday liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility; failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant being held liable in the event of a claim and cannot in any case be the fault of the property manager.The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that a supplement of 30 euros will be taken from your deposit or paid on site.. Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional charge of €25 per stay per item to be paid on site (excluding bed linen). We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival. The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption.. Only one set of keys will be provided.. The cleaning fees correspond to the return of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want additional cleaning please contact us in advance, we will charge this cleaning extra. In case of emergency requiring our intervention we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 100 euros per additional traveler per day..
