Consequently, each user commits hisliability in the event of an accident occurring due to an infringement of this regulation.Children under 14 must be accompanied by adults and supervised.within the swimming pool enclosure.The swimming pool can pose a serious danger to your children. Drowning can happen very quickly.children near a swimming pool requires your constant vigilance and active supervision, evenif they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or an adult is mandatory when the pool isopen.DISCIPLINE AND HYGIENE:Shoes must be removed and placed on the floor upon entry,Showering is mandatory at the entrance to the pool and before each swim,Large towels required, completely covering the deckchairs to avoid oil stainsor sunscreen on the equipment,Ball games are prohibited.It is forbidden to swim in street clothes and for young children a special diaperswimming pool is mandatory,Animals are not tolerated,It is forbidden to run around the pool, jump and dive,For reasons of hygiene and sanitation, there will be no consumption of food inthe swimming pool enclosure,Smoking is prohibited inside the pool enclosure,Music broadcasting devices are prohibited or must not be audible to neighbors,It is imperative to close private parasols after use and during gusts of wind.SCHEDULES :Users are requested to respect the rest time of the most tenants or owners.close as well as the time of “regeneration” of the water of the basin.
