Thanks to the good location, you can walk to supermarkets, the beach, bars and everything else you may need for a self catering holiday. The apartment has a small terrace with breakfast table. The apartment is on the first floor without lift and comprises a sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, a well equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a bath with bathtub, a bath with massage shower, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a double sofa for two additional guests in the living area, a cot and a high chair. Playa de Gandia is known because of its fine grained, long sand beach. Playa de Nort is about 3 km, offers sun loungers and parasol rental and has a nice sea promenade with bars and restaurants. The quiet Playa de L'Ahuir has an unique dunar system and is nice for surfing. Behind the harbor is the Playa de Venecia, a lively place with more bars. You can visit Gandia's old town and learn more about the local culture. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
