Enjoy a wonderful pleasant holiday in the idyllic mountainvillage Brand (1050 m above sea level) in our luxury 4-room holiday flat of 90 m2, in the Vorarlberg Alps.
When you want to rent, don't forget to enter all persons/children in this system!
The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 1 with bath and 1 with shower. You can enjoy the luxury of the flat, restaurant in the house and leave the car in the underground garage because everything is within walking distance. Prices include bed linen, towels and internet. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The large 4-room flat in Residence Colrosa with large south-facing terrace (55 m2), with garden table and chairs, is located opposite the Brandner church and close to the ski lift, ski school, restaurants, banks, and shops. Free internet, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! Deep garage with 1 car parking space. No pets in the house!

In winter, skiers and/or snowboarders have access to 50 km of prepared pistes, as well as very beautiful cross-country skiing trails and winter hiking trails.
The 4-room flat in Residence Colrosa Top 7 is located opposite the Brandner church and close to the ski lift, ski school, restaurants, banks and shops. The children's ski slopes are close by as is the ski school slope, accessible on foot or by bus. The 50 km of prepared ski slopes can be reached with gondolas, chairlifts and drag lifts.
There is a ski room in the house. Enjoy a wonderfully pleasant skiing/langlaufing holiday in Brand!
The Montafon-Brandnertal-Card (https://) offers the opportunity to use various ski slopes.

In summer, you have access to 400 km of hiking trails. From 1 May to 31 October, the Premium Guest Card is included in the price. This means that you can make unlimited use of the lifts - see the website:

Residenz Colrosa is located very centrally. Restaurants, shops, ATMs and the natural swimming pool are all within walking distance. In other words, leave the car there! There is also an 18-hole golf course!
Enjoy the luxurious 4-room flat with the large 55 m2 terrace facing south, and with a magnificent view of the entire mountain range, including the Scesaplana (2964 m). The terrace has garden furniture and sun loungers available.

The flat (90 m²) has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 1 with loft bed. Furthermore, the flat is equipped with 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower/bath combination, separate toilet and 1 with shower with toilet. The open kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. In the storage room there is a washing machine and a dryer. Internet radio/CD player, Apple TV, DVD and flat screen TV are also available. The flat has a huge terrace (50 m²) - with garden furniture - and with magnificent views of the Seekopf, Zirmenkopf, Felsenkopf, Schesaplana, Mottakopf and Panüelerkopf. Smoking only on the terrace, not in the flat! Pets are not allowed.
