On the heights of the Albères, with a panoramic view over the Roussillon plain, come with your family or friends to recharge your batteries at the Mas Catalans gîte, 4 km from the centre of the village of Laroque des Albères. From the gîte, you can take a number of hiking trails. Just 300 m away, at the Domaine des Albères, you have free access to the swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and tennis court. Collioure and Le Perthus are around 30 minutes' drive from the gîte. With uninterrupted views from its terrace, this flat, located on the ground floor of the owner's residence, has its own separate entrance and is accessed by an outside staircase from the reserved parking space. The living room with its kitchen/dining area opens up a few steps onto the 70 m² private terrace, which is partly enclosed and equipped with garden furniture, a plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs. One bedroom (1 double bed), one bedroom (2 single beds) with direct access, via a few steps, to the gîte terrace, shower room, separate WC. Internet access is unstable in this area.
