Diese befindet sich direkt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung im Ferienpark Emspark-Auenwald. In wenigen Gehminuten sind Sie am größten künstlich angelegten See Europas, dem Speicherbecken Geeste. 800 m Sandstrand laden zum Sonnenbaden und Schwimmen ein. Segelrevier mit Liegeplätzen, Tauchbasis und Surfen sind für die Wassersportler ideal. Ganz besonders bietet sich das Ferienhaus als Ausgangspunkt für kleine, aber auch ausgedehnte Radtouren und Wanderungen an. Das Emsland ist mit seinen zahlreichen und gekennzeichneten Wegen ein wahres Paradies für Radtouristen. Emslandroute und Emsradweg führen quasi am Haus vorbei. Für Angler gibt es viele Möglichkeiten ihr Hobby auszuüben. Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt befindet sich ein 18 Loch Golfplatz des Golfclubs Emstal.
