The “Podere”, a generous country house that has been completely restored and is surrounded by lovely nature, is not far from Fabbrica. You can enjoy a view from the window of the peaceful, cultivated and colourful landscape of Tuscany, with olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields.

The tastefully furnished house is divided into seven holiday apartments, all stylish and with wooden beams on the ceilings, cotto floors and fireplaces surrounded by stone.

They are surrounded by a generous garden with a swimming pool. A playground, a grill area and an outdoor dining space are provided. The house also has a laundry room and free wireless Internet access. Some apartments are suitable for the disabled.

The convenient location of the country estate, between Florence and Siena, makes it easy to visit historical and atmospheric towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcino and Greve in Chianti.
